First at all, apologize for the delay on my answer
I reviewed your last tarball and you have the license notice missing
on "bootstrap" file, please put it on this file since I suppose that
you wrote that file, if this isn't the case please let us know.
On the other hand all your copyright notice have the word "Copyright"
missing at the begging of the line, please put it as it should go.
