Follow-up Comment #9, task #7729 (project administration):
I have created a small perl script to extract the copyrights from the
directory structure. you might find it useful.
attached are the script and the resulting file.
notice how a large number of files do not have any copyright assignement in
them.
I have added some lines to the boilerplate so that it covers files that were
not licensed.
The boilerplate text will be marked with -*-CopyLeft-*- so that it can be
updated easily by perl later.
