Hi,
Could you please clarify if area code database you included into your package
is in the public domain or is copyrighted by the Chinese government, and if
so, what are the copying conditions? In any case a URL would be helpful--I
couldn't find this on the web myself...
Also, there is no sign of reference to 'area_code.csv' in the
select_locality.tcl file. Probably this is by intent, but otherwise is there
a reason for including the database into the package?
