Hi Sébastien,
We need a detailed technical description of what your program does.
Otherwise we can't tell if it doesn't have proprietary software dependencies
and runs in free environment.
Also, please package your program in a tarball along with a complete verbatim
copy of GNU GPLv2--this is required in order to release a program under the
terms of GPL properly.
