Hi Robert,
I'm reviewing your project.
There are a few issues with it:
1. The files `functions.pl' and `functions.php' are missing copyright
notices.
2. You might want to use GNU FDL for documentation files--in the current
state of your package the docs appear to be under the same license as the
code: GNU GPLv3+.
If you are willing to make these changes please provide us with an updated
tarball of your project. Please use Savannah tracker to post your reply, the
registration process is not e-mail driven.
