Sorry for delay.
The license headers seem to be in order now. As I can see, you deliberately
switched to GPLv3--I can simply update project info upon approval. :-)
However, I believe there's a problem with script/cal.js: 'All Rights
Reserved' looks too restrictive to be compatible with GPL. Also 'License: Free
if you keep the credit link in the calendar intact...' on the site doesn't
really clarify it any bit.
You'd better contact the author for permission to use/distribute this file
along with your GPL-ed project or use some other calendar component.
Until then, your project still cannot be approved.
