PCSC/Ada provides bindings to PC/SC-middleware for the Ada programming
language. This library allows to communicate with smart cards using the SCard
API from Ada. At the moment, only a thin binding is provided, but the aim is
to provide a thick binding as well, which provides abstraction of the C API.
