Hi,
I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah. I'm sorry
for the delay in getting to your project submission. There's a couple of
small problems with your code submission, which I've outlined below.
Firstly, your copy of the GPL should be in a file called "COPYING", rather
than "LICENSE.txt".
Secondly, The copyright statement should come before the permission to copy
statement. From the GPLv3:
" To do so, attach the following notices to the program. It is safest
to attach them to the start of each source file to most effectively
state the exclusion of warranty; and each file should have at least
the "copyright" line and a pointer to where the full notice is found.
