==== Description: ====
A GUI tool that lists and changes the current default Operating System.
It changes the time-out value in seconds.
Similar to the Windows version of MSCONFIG.
Made using the cross-platform IDE: qt3 (multi-threaded); C++.

Didn;t find any GUI tool that does what I wanted to, so I coded mine.

==== Other Software Required: ====
qt3 GPL www.trolltech.com
qmake GPL www.trolltech.com
