Sorry for delay in project review.
Do you still planning to use Savannah to host this project?
A few quick notes on the package:
1. You are missing `COPYING' file in the top-level directory, which should
contain verbatim copy of GNU GPL. If there are multiple licenses involved,
you can add a file for every license which requires this and put a file
`LICENSE' or `README.LICENSE' describing the licensing scheme for your
project.
2. Address of FSF has changed and is now 51 Franklin St., Fifth Floor,
Boston, MA. You should update your license notices to reflect this. Or use
GPL-v3 style license block:
You should have received a copy of the GNU General Public License along with
this program. If not, see <http://www.gnu.org/licenses/>.
