A long while past...
Something which was ignored, is awared. libc, gcc... How great an effort in
these libraries which is underlying, and these tools of building and helping.
Last time I was in worry and hurry, with the weight of learning and strained
relation with relatives.
In may, I knew its wasty to place a package for the sake of a particular
region on a global server, acrossing the vast pacific ocean. A local server
would do more good before it become mature, with the community of users.
I had not read LGPL last time, that's why the wrongly used term LGPL in the
submission:)
