Follow-up Comment #3, task #8280 (project administration):
This is the project captain.
Since our previous site was destroyed, we have been streatched thin on time
that's needed to make changes to the way our projects are distributed.
I have schedualed and have preliminary plans to rewrite our distribution
programs to attach license files to each file in the source however I'm afraid
I won't have time to actually start work on that until November 2008 due to
California's governer Schwartznegger's layoffs which has affected permits to
reconstruct a new site.
I'll post any updates in the comming months.
