Follow-up Comment #2, task #8678 (project administration):
I have reconsidered, based on your feedback, and I am willing to use the
license GPLv3-or-later. I will have to change the headers of a few files, but
that should be okay. Though, it isn't clear how I can change the project as it
exists from this page. Should I start a new project, or is there a way to
correct this one?
