Hi,
Unfortunately, we cannot accept your project because it's uses programming
language and build system not typically found in the Free Software world.
Also, I believe that you intended to use a proprietary license for your
project--this is directly against the Savannah rules.
That said, if you find my point incorrect please resubmit your project
(adding a brief technical description would be a plus).
Please use some free-software archiving utility like zip or tar/gzip to
create the package--not everybody can read Rar archives.
