Hi Damjan,
I am reviewing your project submission, and it appears there are some
inconsistencies:
1) Rename LICENSE.txt as COPYING.
2) The license notice for GPLv3 has changed; see
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html or the license text itself. You
need to update install.py and README.txt accordingly.
Could you make these corrections and upload an updated tarball?
