Hi David,
I am reviewing your project and it looks very good. However, there is one
thing to clarify: the license notices of all files as well as COPYING indicate
GPLv3 or later, but the project submission states GPLv2 or later. I assume
that's an oversight and your intention was clearly GPLv3+, right? If so,
please note that the copyright notice for GPLv3 changed slightly (nothing
drastic, only clarifications) -- see
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html for details.
It is OK to approve the project as it is provided that you agree to modify
the statements later.
