Hi,
I've approved your project--welcome on board! :-)
Before you upload the sources, there's a few issues with your package you
should take care of:
1. Your package is missing a complete verbatim copy of GNU General Public
License. Please add it in a file conventionally named `COPYING' at the top
level.
2. You might want to remove compiled `*.pyc' files from the distributed
packages.
3. You might want to use some other license like Creative Commons Attribution
or Attribution-Share Alike for the data files. Otherwise they are
automatically licensed under GPLv2+ as the rest of the package's files.
