Hi,
There's a few issues with your project:
1. You use 'GPL v3 only' approach (no `any later version' option). This is
not allowed at Savannah. You can find some details here:

2. Some of your source files are taken from Qt and have 'GPL v2 only'
clause.
You have the choice to either remove/replace the GPLv2 files with
GPLv3-compatible versions _and_ change your package license to GPLv3+; or
change your package license to GPLv2+: this way there's no need to touch the
GPLv2-only files.
There might be other possibilities of which I just cannot think right now.
