Follow-up Comment #3, task #8733 (project administration):
Allow me to correct something. I wrote: "Parsers generated with Kelbt cannot
(yet) be licensed freely as with Bison." As I found out that is not true.
Instead, Kelbt's website states that "you may use the output of Kelbt without
restriction".
