Please provide a real compressed tarball for your project--renaming .rar to
.tar.gz doesn't do the trick. ;)
Please note--there's already a similar project registered recently: AGPLMail
written in PHP too: https://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/agplmail/ You might
be interested to join that project.
