Sorry for taking so long, I hope that you still consider Savannah as a
hosting platform.
Your project basically complies with our requirements, only a few remarks:
1. explode.cpp lacks a copyright/license notice.
2. The FSF address changed years ago, it is "51 Franklin Street, Fifth Floor,
Boston, MA 02110-1301 USA".
3. The traditional filename for the license is named COPYING. Also, the text
of the GPLv2 in your LICENSE.txt does not match the canonical one at
http://gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.txt.
