most of the files in your current GIT look fine, I think. The manual could need a few changes, though. For example, the first line says "linux" in a non kernel context and hence this should be changed to GNU/Linux. http://www.gnu.org/gnu/gnu-linux-faq.html#why I think for the same reason these terms should also be spelled with proper capitalization. It also catches one's eye that the project is still licensed under the 17 year old GPL version 2+.
