yes, "Easy Browser Library" is fine. "Free Easy Browser Library" would be a
nice choice, too.
Even "Alvaro's Easy Browser Library" would be fine with us. ;)
You will be able to change the name in the description once your project has
been approved. We talk your word for it.
I couldn't find any other issues, just upload the new tarball when you have
adapted it to the new name and I assume it will be approved in due time.
PS: We also recommend to upgrade the project to GPL Version 3 (or any later)
but this is not mandatory.
