Hi Eric,
Sorry for the delay in processing your project.
It looks basically OK, however note that 1) The file containing the license
is usually named COPYING; 2) All non-trivial source files should have a
copyright and licence notice; 3) The license of the package is actually the
Expat license (I'll change that before approving the project).
Are you still interested in hosting it at Savannah? If so, I think it can be
approved right away.
