Ok, as there are no other issues, I do the review now and recommend it for
approval. I ask the administrator approving this project to give his/her
opinion about the name subject.

Considering your answer, it may be alright to keep "gnupg-sharp", because it
will, as you said, be understood as a custom for bindings and not mistaken for
being itself part of GNU.

Otherwise, please use the fallback name (GPG-Sharp, ...).
