I apologize as this is late. I am glad to help you get this approved if you
are still interested.
One of my concerns is that not all of the project files have a license notice
with a copyright in them for example:
system/learning/ebl.lisp
We require that all non-trivial and non-derived files longer than 10 lines
have the license notice.
This would be an example of a valid copyright/license notice:
cabala
Are you planning on having this being Official GNU software?
