This item tracker here is for direct project submission, I am closing this
issue now. What we can do on this tracker is to create a new (additional) GNU
project account for you after GAP has been accepted as official GNU. (Or
another Non-GNU account anytime)
But this is better to be discussed directly on the mailing lists. More people
read it and usually respond quicker :)
