Hello,
I've reviewed you package and could find the following issues:
The two source files in devel-tools miss a copyright&license header. Please
add them.
prototype.js needs to be more specific about which license it is under.
Please do not merely point to http://www.prototypejs.org/ but include the full
license text to the archive.
The COPYING file contains the GPL3 text, which is a bit misleading because
most people expect the license text the project is distributed in there.
Lastly, please also put a text file clarifying copyright&license into the
images folder.
