Follow-up Comment #3, task #9177 (project administration):
There is a COPYING file at root directory, and I think its clear that all
contents are under the term of that license (e.g. GPLv3) except src files that
have a copyright header, and they all are under terms of GPL (someone v2+,
someone v3+)
