Hello,
because the project is so big, I review it step by step. This means, that I
may find additional issues after the first where addressed.
Directory /ajax/:
All .php files need a copyright&license notice on top of them.
get_adminsusers.php doesn't qualify as Free Software at all.
(free only for using in non-commercial)
Directory /css/:
The same as for the ajax files applies here.
Directory /images:
The COPYING file needs to be more specific than
"All other trade trademarks, logos and copyrights are the property of their
respective owners."
The file should tell the respective copyright&license (and if applicable
trademark) of all files explicitly and without ambiguity.
