Hello,
I found a small glitch. The majority of the source files say they are under
GPLv2+, but the COPYING file is about GPLv3.
So you should either replace the copying or, better, bring all concerned
sources to the current version 3 (or any later).
The COPYING.LIB can go to the main directory.
We can approve your projects when these changes are made.
