Hello,
during the approval process we usually review project archives to see if they
are licensed correctly and point out issues. Do you know how to bundle and
distribute free software? Otherwise please create a small template archive and
upload it.
If you are hosted on Savannah, the Savannah team asks you to not promote
proprietary software on the pages hosted here and those linked to from here.
This means that all Matlab scripts must work on Octave without limitations and
the description should also say so.
Please let us know if you agree on these terms.
