Hi,
Thanks for clarifying.
The review procedure means that when we request a new tarball, you need to
provide a new source archive with the changes we requested, in particular fix
the top copyright/license notices and include a copy of the GNU GPL (see my
previous post).
We'll then review the source again and approve the project.
