Hello,
I reviewed your project submission and found five offending files.
Three of them are MAKEFILES. They are non-trivial and therefore we ask you to
add a copyright&license statement on top of them. A simple all-permissive
license will suffice.
Some files say:
"See the GNU General Public License for more details."
when the file is licensed under the GNU _Lesser_ General Public License.
But the remaining two files, namely ov511-decomp.c and ov518-decomp.c are
licensed under GPLv2 only. This means they cannot be hosted on Savannah at
all, not even as external helper, and a solution has to be found for this
first.
