Hi,
I reviewed and approved your project.
In my opinion, the copyright line is better placed above the license text. So
you can easily find who is the author and where to contact him. But this is
not a problem.
I think you forget to include the Makefile. Note that we ask the maintainers
to add a copyright&license notice on top of any non-trivial code file. So this
will apply for makefiles too.
