Hi Sebastian,
Instead of submitting a tarball of C source code I submitted an HTML document
(dfile_tools.htm) that thoroughly describes the project. I thought Savannah's
project admin group would prefer to read documentation rather than browsing
thousands of lines of C code. The HTML file only contains documentation and
does not contain links to web sites.
