In order to make sure your document complies with the requirements of the
FDL, may I have the original location of the document you are modifying.
Please make sure you documentation complies with the section "4.
Modifications" of the FDL.
Your version of the FDL seems to have a modified Copyright date range. It
should not state 2009 as a copyright year. Please remove that year.
