November 14th in GNU Savannah item 9913: "Submission of The Mneme

I was forget some thing: Delete the temporary files (Those than end
with an ~) since they are past version who lacks Copyright
information.
By the way i suggest you to name the dir inside the tarball "mneme" or
"mneme-1.2.3" (Example) than is more descriprive than "html".
