Follow-up Comment #3, task #9914 (project administration):
Sorry for slow response, I've been busy with other work -- I plan to update
the package code to have clear licensing, but it may also be simpler to just
rewrite it all for the new .gnu.org infrastructure. I haven't had time to
followup on that yet..
