the file you were unclear of the licensing of seems to be subject to the MIT
license if you take the terms of the hosting site into account:
http://code.activestate.com/help/terms/
For the GPLed files, please add the standard GPL notice, as found on the
bottom on
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html
and don't forget to have the "(or any later)" clause included.
