Hi Simon,

please accompany the files in the documentation directory with some
information about which license there are under. For example, a readme file
where you say who is the copyright bearer of the files and which kind of
license there are subject to. Especially for the images.

link-warning.h could also use an license&copyright notice.
The Makefile.in in libhotp has two different license texts. Not a legal
problem, just a bit confusing.
