Follow-up Comment #3, task #9990 (project administration):
It's ok to have a separate statement in the examples directory saying "All
examples are dual-licensed under the FDLv1.3 or later, and GPLv3 or later" (or
whatever the licenses actually are), without having the header in each file.
BTW, if you don't want to place any restrictions on usage of the examples (as
is often the case), you might want to say "All examples are placed in the
public domain", which is compatible with everything, so it works out fine.
A partial-verbatim inclusion feature in Texinfo isn't likely to happen any
time soon, unfortunately. But thanks for using Texinfo anyway.
