Hi,

is final.ppm a picture that is generated by the program itself?
Otherwise it needs to have it's own license&copyright information.

The .sh file has just stepped over the "triviality line", as it is more than
about 10 lines. Therefore it should have a license&copyright header as well.
For example the small one from:
http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/License-Notices-for-Other-Files.html#License-Notices-for-Other-Files

I think you should strip the binary a.out from the tarball.
Otherwise, everything looks fine.
