TinyOgg is Free service for converting flash-based videos into Ogg Free
Formats. It can convert the videos into either Ogg Theora (video) or Ogg
Vorbis (audio-only). It also supports HD converting.
It has some parts taken from urip which is already hosted on Savannah.
It's written in Python using the Django framework.
FSF seems to be supportive. ;)
