Ok, then please state in the sf page that project is moving to
savannah. You may or may not delete the downloads in source forge,
but the development should happen in savannah, and once the project is
approved on savannah the page in sf must point to the savannah
page as the new page for your project.

Yes, but unfortunately the name "mulin" incorrectly refers to linux as
the OS, when I wrote "Could you please change references to Linux as
an OS to GNU/Linux?." I were talking of the mulin name too (:, what
new name are you planning to use?.
