Hi, and thank you for contacting me again.
I think it wouldn't be a problem at all to meet the requirements of the
GNU license or of Savannah. As I am developing with Linux and Firefox I
am not very interested in adding features for non-free browsers.
However, I feel more and more unsure, if Savannah is the right place for
my plugin. In Savannah there is no single JQuery project yet and there
are only very few JavaScript projects. Also I think most projects in
Savannah are more about certain functions while my project is more about
a certain look of a function.
As I'm new to Savannah I cannot tell exactly if my thoughts are correct.
However, if they are, it may be better for me to wait for a project that
fits better...

Please write a response within one week, else I will delete the
submission, but you still will be able to resubmit the projectagain
once you have enought time to deal with the registration processess.
If you are no longer planning use GNU Savannah please let us know. We
