I'm glad to see there is interest in builing a free distribution
around emacs. However as far as I know savannah don't host full
distributions, but you might mail [email protected]
(http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/savannah-hackers-public), maybe
someone there can point you to the right place to host the
distribution :).
