Hi,
A lot of files are "Copyright (c) 20XX by the GPSD project". Is this a moral
person that can hold copyright? Otherwise it's better to have the name of the
actual copyright holders (e.g. who can sue in case of copyright
infrightment).
It would also be nice to precise the licensing of the test data.
