Follow-up Comment #4, task #10206 (project administration):
log/* and config/* cannot contain copyright disclaimer.
Files in log/ are generated by a web server and a test suite.
Files in config/ aren't mine. They belong to the Ruby On Rails framework.
I state this in the README, in a section called "FILES WITH OTHER COPYRIGHT
STATEMENT".
I have read your comment #1 and I have uploaded an updated version with
corrections on last Monday here:

Perhaps I didn't understand what do you mean. Have I to repeat my copyright
disclaimer in all files, even in those not mine?
If not, how do I write a correct README?
