I'm not very intested in all these legal stuff, but I understand it's
important.
About the yaml "grammar": it's a bit like if someone makes a BNF grammar of
some language or protocol that has been published. I don't think someone can
claim ownership (and license) on that, but perhaps I'm very naive.
